Laurence Van Duynhoven

Larry Van Duynhoven is one of Australia’s most accomplished and sought-after Prosthetics Designers. An AACTA Award winner for his work on Bring Her Back and multiple nominee in this category in 2026 for Narrow Road to the Deep North and Together, following his 2025 win for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. His credits include War Machine, directed by Patrick Hughes and starring Alan Ritchson, and their follow-up feature Mike Thornton currently in production. Across studio features, network television and independent film — Saccharine (Sundance & Berlinale 2026), Wolf Creek franchise, Mortal Kombat II, Eden, La Brea, Preacher and The Invisible Man — Larry is renowned for pushing the boundaries of practical and visceral FX in service of the director, story, performance and ultimately audience.
